Summer may be ending soon but here at Access HQ, we say it’s never too late to make that vacation happen. We share five visa-free destinations for that memorable one last summer trip:

Vietnam

halong bay

Vietnam is a pleasant choice if you want a little bit of everything: checking out historical spots and snacking on culinary treats in Hanoi or Saigon, exploring Vietnamese old towns Hoi An or Hue; or going for a beach getaway to Da Nang. It’s also one of the inexpensive destinations in Asia, making it a budget-friendly vacation.

Sri Lanka

sri lanka

Travelers hoping to get both their history and nature in one destination will find delight in Sri Lanka. 2,000-plus years worth of culture and history await you at ancient sites, traditional temples, and in at least eight Unesco World Heritage Sites; while Sri Lanka’s national parks boast rainforests and safaris.

Taiwan

taipei

Taiwan recently lifted their visa restrictions for Philippine passport holders effective June 1, 2017, so Filipinos can now visit Taiwan visa-free for 30 days. Expect night markets brimming with local snacks and dishes plus bargain buys to take home; a rich history showcased in traditional monuments and temples; and day trips to national parks, hiking trails and hot springs.

Morocco

morocco

Discover the mystery of Morocco’s ancient souqs and medinas, where Morocco’s heart and heritage is at its best. When you’re done with getting pleasantly lost in the streets of Fez, Tangier or Marrakesh, take in some time to appreciate the sweeping landscapes of the Sahara or towering peaks of the High Atlas.

Laos

laos

If you’ve been to the temples of Thailand and Cambodia, it’s time to take it up a notch and visit the relatively uncrowded country of Laos. Perfecting the art of living slow, Laos is home to inspiring and laid-back French-influenced cities of Vientiane and Luang Prabang. Feeling more adventurous? Head to Vang Vieng for trekking and tubing.
