DAY 1: MANILA - PARIS
Departure at NAIA Terminal 1 via Etihad Airline for your flight to Paris. Enjoy meals amenities and entertainment.
DAY 2: PARIS
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel for check in. The rest of the day is free on your own pace.
DAY 3: PARIS
After breakfast, you will have a full day sightseeing tour of Paris. Your local guide will show you the highlights of the city with an outside view of Notre Dame Cathedral, entrance to the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, The Opera, Concorde Square and Vendome Square. You will also visit the Eiffel Tower for a photo opportunity. In the afternoon, transfer to the Montmartre district, known for its painters, artists, and its cabarets. Afterwards, transfer to Galleries La Fayette and Fragonard Perfumery for shopping.
DAY 4: PARIS - VERSAILLES - PARIS
From Paris, transfer to Versailles Palace. The Palace of Versailles has been listed as a World Heritage Site for 30 years and is one of the greatest achievements in French 17th century art. After this day trip, dinner and then proceed back to hotel.
DAY 5: PARIS - GIVERNY - ROUEN - ARROMANCHES - CAEN
Early departure from Paris. We travel towards Normandy, stopping in Giverny to explore Monet's house and its impressive gardens. Afterwards, proceed to Rouen, the capital of Normandy, for its medieval streets and cathedral. A stroll around the center and lunch will follow. From here we will head to Arromanches, to visit the beaches and remember the World War II landings in France. We end the day at Caen.
DAY 6: CAEN - MONT SAINT MICHEL - ST. MALO - DINAN - RENNES
First stop of the day is Mont Saint Michel, a town surrounded by the sea and the Abbey. After this, we travel to Saint Malo, a city that was defended by its powerful walls during World War II. Here we will have lunch before proceeding to Dinan, a Breton village full of charm. We will then proceed to Rennes, the capital of Brittany, with its interesting historic center.
DAY 7: RENNES - ANGERS - TOURS - VILLANDRY - AMBOISE
We leave for Angers, where one can visit the castle that houses the largest medieval tapestry. After this, we go on to the Loire Valley's Tours, the regional capital located along the banks of the Loire River for an afternoon stroll and lunch. Afterwards, we will see the Villandry Palace, famous for its flowers and gardens. Tickets to the garden are already included.
Continue on to Amboise, where we will visit Clos Luce, a castle where Leonardo da Vince spent the last three years of his life. Dinner, then proceed to accommodation.
DAY 8: AMBOISE - CHENONCEAU - CHAMBORD - ARGENTON - LIMOGES
Explore Amboise, then stop by the statue of Leonardo da Vince on an island in Loire. Proceed to Castle of Chenonceau, shaped like a bridge over the river. Next is the Chambord, the largest castle in Loire, then travel to the center of France in Argenton Sur Creuse, for coffee along the river banks of Creuse. Continue on to Limoges, where you can visit and see its cathedral.
DAY 9: LIMOGES - COLLONGE LA ROUGE - PADIRA CAVE - ROCAMADOUR
After breakfast, you will visit the local sights of Limoges, such as its cathedral, old station and the Porcelain Museum (entrance included). We continue on to Collonge La Rogue, a picturesque village built in redstone on the Way of St. James. Have lunch, then drop by the Padira Caves, where we will take a boat trip 75 metres underground (tickets included). Afterwards, we will proceed to Rocamadour, a medieval village with an important sanctuary located on a hillside. Dinner included.
DAY 10: ROCAMADOUR - ROQUE GAGEAC - BEYNAC CASTLE - SARLAT - ST. EMILION - BORDEAUX
We are now in the region of Dordogne, located in central France. Take a stroll around La Roque Gageac, a small village full of flowers on the banks of Dordogne. In Beynac, we will visit a medieval castle hanging over a river (with tickets). From here we will visit Sarlat, a city listed as Heritage of Mankind, home to a beautiful Renaissance historic center for lunch. Afterwards, proceed to St. Emilion, in the center of the Bordeauex wine producing region. A visit to an ancient wine establishment, with tasting included. Dinner to follow.
DAY 11: BORDEAUX - LOURDES
In the morning, we will have a two hour tour of Bordeaux with a local guide, visiting its center and the Port of the Moon, declared as Heritage of Mankind. Also included are stops at the 11th century cathedral, the Grand Theater of Bordeaux, the monument to the Girondins and the Place Royale. Have lunch, then transfer to Lourdes for check in and dinner.
DAY 12: LOURDES
Today's highlights include the sanctuary, Basilica of St Pius X and the baths where hundreds of miraculous cures have taken place. Visit Boy MIll, where St Bernadette was born and the Cachot, an abandoned prison where Bernadette's impoverished family lived. You may also attend the evening procession in honor of Our Lady of Lourdes.
DAY 13: LOURDES - PARIS - MANILA
After breakfast, ride in a TGV train heading back to Paris. Transfer to the airport for your flight back to Manila or to you next destination.
