Meet The World

I started traveling when I was young, traveling has been part of my life

Myanmar has left a mark in my heart. The pagodas, no tourists, beautiful sunsets everywhere, the peace at Lake Inle, landscape, in short everything including the people I felt very good about the place. After my trip to this beautiful and peaceful paradise, I went to Bangkok and I felt sad that I had to compare two places which I don’t usually do. But the real paradise was waiting for me when I arrived in the Maldives, I stayed in a very private resort where only 50 people were staying. I enjoyed this place so much seeing different countries in just one trip.

Normally I never have “I loved that trip” because I love them all, every time every destination is different, literally every place leaves something in you as a person that you remember your whole life. It’s very hard to answer for me which is my favorite destination because, in the end, every place is like a person, all different from culture, cuisine, and experiences. The world is so diverse that no place has a counterpart. I’ve been to so many places in the world, some are just extra special but I honestly love them all. Every year I go to a new place after working so hard just to learn and grow with a different culture before the year ends, this way it gives me new inspiration to start the year right and look forward to another one of a kind adventure.

My recent trip was to Africa and it was mind-blowing seeing the animals out in the wild, it was completely different, and my first time in Africa. In Kenya, I loved waking up every morning and looking for animals, as a nature lover I appreciated seeing elephants, giraffes, gorillas, cheetahs and lions so close in action will always leave a beautiful memory in my heart. Uganda was so untouched that we had the privilege to stay in a lodge all by ourselves with the locals, the gorillas were walking a meter away from me. We flew to a place in 14 hours just to see the Baobabs in Madagascar which we almost missed. The thrill you find in Africa is just one of a kind!

This year I also had the opportunity to go around Peru for two weeks and I must say it was also one of the unforgettable experiences I had in my life, seeing Machu Picchu in real life is something, I did the Rainbow Mountain hike too, loved it and this country is beautiful from every angle, there is nothing is to not love about Peru.

Lastly, India has such a special place in my heart because I stayed in Taj right in front of the Taj Mahal where I woke up with the view of it thinking about the story of Shah Jahan who had it built. This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in my life.

I started traveling when I was young, traveling has been part of my life and so many plans got canceled because of the Coronavirus but I look forward to the day when we all can see the world and experience the world again but for now, the only way to save ourselves is to stay home. I was supposed to go to the Philippines this May to see paradise by myself and I look forward to this day.
