We chose Access travel to arrange our first family Europe trip in Italy given the premium experience they advertise.
We wanted it to be private to experience Italy at our own pace, unrushed and to give us the space to simply be. While we don’t want to spend excessively, we know that premium experience always comes with a cost. And that cost we paid? Access travel lived up to it.
One thing worthy to note is the people behind this organization. Shane has been truly a great help in planning our holidays. She was with us for the majority of the trip, regardless of the time difference, and remained in constant contact with my brother throughout! We also loved our tour guides—Claudia and Suzy, whose warm Italian aura made our family trip feel truly surreal.
We wanted everything to be perfect, but nothing ever truly is. So, I’d give access 4.5 out of 5 stars.
That said, we would be more than happy to have our future Europe family trips—and even other hard-to-reach destinations—arranged through Access Travel again!

10/10 for this trip with Access Travel. Out of all the countries we've been to, this is definitely one of our favorites.
Everything is beyond our expectations. Food was great since we had our pre-arranged food, all the restaurants we've been are all exceptional and delicious. Second, is the trip everything was all good. Third, is our tour guide Jyoti she was really helpful, accommodating, kind every time I requested something she made sure she delivers it we really appreciate her.
Lastly, Miss Angely and Miss Shek, who were really patient with all my requests, and for giving me time to settle our bills, thank you! You made our first trip to Dubai very memorable 😊❤️

We had a smooth, stress-free South Korea tour with thoughtful planning, great guides, seamless transport, and memorable stops across Busan and Seoul.
We joined the South Korea tour starting December 28 and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The itinerary was well thought out and perfectly balanced sightseeing, culture, shopping, and free time.
Our Busan tour was memorable, especially visits to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Gamcheon Culture Village, Jagalchi Fish Market, Haeundae Beach, and Gwangbokdong Street. Transfers were smooth, and the KTX ride from Busan to Seoul was well coordinated.
In Seoul, we enjoyed iconic spots such as Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Cheonggyecheon Stream, N Seoul Tower with the Love Locks area, and K-drama locations like Goblin and Winter Sonata. Highlights also included Nami Island, Eobi Valley, COEX Mall with Starfield Library, and a fun day at Lotte World.
The English-speaking guides were professional, friendly, and very patient, especially with families. Meals, transportation, and hotel arrangements were well organized, making the entire trip stress-free even during the busy holiday season.
Overall, this tour was smooth, enjoyable, and worth every moment. Highly recommended for families and first-time travelers to Korea. We would definitely travel with Access Travel PH again!
