Ready for your Marian Pilgrimage journey? Enjoy in-flight amenities, meals, and entertainment onboard as you depart from Manila.

Day 02: Lisbon - Fatima

Welcome to Lisbon! Upon arrival, take a short city visit, which will provide you with a wealth of information about Lisbon's culture, history, and way of life. There will be a stop to visit the famous San Antonio de Padua Church. Then, continue on your way to Fatima. Upon arrival, join a Fatima candlelight procession at the grounds of the Chapel of Apparitions.

Day 03: Fatima

Experiencing Fatima's Sanctuary, the center of Christian faith and a world pilgrimage site, begins the day's pilgrimage adventure. Proceed to the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima before heading to Valinhos and Aliustrel. Here are the tombstones of Lucia, Jacinta, and Francisco, the three children who witnessed the apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Day 04: Fatima - Salamanca - Avila

Today, the journey begins as you head to Salamanca for a city tour after breakfast. Upon arrival, visit the Old Cathedral, also known as the Catedral Vieja de Santa Maria, and the New Cathedral of Salamanca, both of which have intricately designed architecture. Onward, proceed to Avila for another short city stop. You have the option to attend a mass at the church of Santa Teresa de Avila.

Day 05: Avila - Madrid

The excursion continues to Madrid. Upon arrival, take a comprehensive city tour, familiarizing yourself with its iconic landmarks and neighborhoods, including Borbones, Austrias, and Isabelinos Quarters, as well as the Moorish Quarters. Explore the city's grand avenues, such as Oriente, España, Puerta del Sol, Cibeles, Neptuno, Atocha, Plaza de Toros, Parque del Retiro, Puerta de Alcalá, and Colón. After touring these majestic avenues, take a leisurely stroll to admire some of Madrid's most famous landmarks, including the Royal Palace, the Prado Museum, the serene Retiro Park, and the historic Bull Ring.

Day 06: Madrid - Zaragoza - Lourdes

After breakfast, proceed to a morning drive to Lourdes via Zaragoza, where you will stop to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. This revered church honors the Blessed Virgin Mary under the title Our Lady of the Pillar, celebrated as the "Mother of the Hispanic Peoples" by Pope John Paul II. It is reputed to be the first church in history dedicated to Mary. After your visit, continue your pilgrimage to Lourdes.

Day 07: Lourdes

This day's experience takes you to some of the most revered pilgrimage sites, including the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, the Basilica of St. Pius X, and the baths, where numerous miraculous cures have occurred. You'll also visit the Boly Mill, the birthplace of St. Bernadette. In the evening, you have the option to participate in the candlelight procession in honor of Our Lady.

The afternoon is free for you to explore Lourdes at your own pace.

Day 08: Lourdes - Paris

After breakfast, board a TGV train for a scenic journey to Paris! Enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of the French countryside on this memorable high-speed train ride. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and then spend the rest of the day exploring Paris, the City of Lights and Fashion, at your own pace.

Day 09: Paris

After breakfast, join your local guide for a comprehensive city orientation tour of Paris. You’ll explore the city’s highlights, starting with the magnificent Notre-Dame Cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. Stroll along the famed Champs-Élysées, passing the iconic Arc de Triomphe, and take in the grandeur of the Opera House. Continue to the historic Place de la Concorde and the elegant Place Vendôme.

Next, dive into European art and culture at the Louvre Museum, one of the most beautiful and renowned museums in the world. Marvel at masterpieces such as the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo.

Following your museum visit, head to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, perched on Montmartre Hill, and enjoy stunning views of the city. Also visit the nearby St. Vincent de Paul Church and the Chapelle Miraculeuse, a site of pilgrimage.

In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to explore the iconic Galeries Lafayette. Wander through this stunning department store at your own pace, and perhaps indulge in some shopping or enjoy a coffee with a view of the city.

The day’s highlight is a visit to the Palazzo Vecchio, Florence’s historic town hall. Here, you’ll explore where science and faith have intertwined to create remarkable discoveries. Discover the secrets behind the city’s greatest achievements as you explore this iconic building and its impressive art and architecture.

Day 13: Florence - Assisi

Today, you will explore Assisi, the revered hometown of St. Francis and one of Italy's most beloved pilgrimage destinations.

Your visit begins at Santa Maria degli Angeli, where you’ll see the Porziuncola, the humble chapel at the heart of St. Francis’s spiritual life. Continue to the Basilica of St. Francis, where you can admire the beautiful frescoes and learn about the life and legacy of this beloved saint.

Next, visit the Church of St. Clare, where her incorrupt body rests in peace. Following that, check into your hotel, have dinner, and relax for the evening.

Day 14: Assisi - Loreto - Lanciano - San Giovanni Rotondo

Take a morning drive to San Giovanni Rotondo. En route, make stops at these cities’ famed locations. Visit the Basilica Della Santa Casa or the Sanctuary of the Holy House of Loreto. Then visit the city of Lanciano to see the Holy Host being raised in consecration and turned into real flesh.

Begin the day with a drive to Rome via Montecassino after breakfast. Upon arrival, enjoy the free time to explore the city at your own leisure. The beautiful and stunning Abbey of Montecassino, regarded locally as Abbazia di Montecassino, is a working monastery perched high atop the mountain and is a popular pilgrimage destination well worth a visit. Afterwards, enjoy a hearty dinner before checking in at the hotel.

Today, see what wonders Rome has in store for you on this full-day experience. Visit the four major basilicas of Rome, including St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, St. Mary Major, built in 432 AD, St. John Lateran, the original papal residence, and St. Paul's outside the wall.

Should the minimum requirement for the Access Journey not be met, our upcoming trip will proceed with the current number of participants. Access Travel will do its best to upgrade travelers to a private tour. However, rates for the private tour are not guaranteed to be the same as the original trip rates.
