Day 02: Casablanca

Welcome to Casablanca! Enjoy the city's charm by exploring notable landmarks, including Mohammed V's palace, United Nations Square, and the awe-inspiring Hassan II Mosque. Following the journey, seamlessly check in at the hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to wander and discover the enchanting beauty of Casablanca at your leisure.

Day 03: Casablanca - Rabat - Meknes - Fez

The day unfolds with a picturesque morning drive from Casablanca to Fez, passing through the city of Rabat, Morocco's vibrant capital. En route, delve into the history of Rabat by exploring its prominent landmarks, including the Kasbah of Oudayas, the iconic Hassan Tower, the elegant Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the enchanting Chellah Kasbah.

The journey then takes you to Meknes, where you will discover the city's historical treasures, including the impressive old ramparts, the intricate Medina Wall, the grand Moulay Ismail Royal Stables, the majestic Bab Mansour, and the revered Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Following this exploration, continue your trip to Fez. Upon arrival, seamlessly check in at the hotel. The remainder of the evening is yours to enjoy the charm of Fez at your own pace and leisure.

Day 04: Fez - Chefchaouen

The day begins with an early morning drive to Chefchaouen, the famous Blue City nestled in the Rif Mountains. Upon arrival, enjoy a day full of discovery going to its picturesque streets, markets, and local crafts. After that, proceed to your hotel for check-in and an overnight stay.

Day 05: Chefchaouen - Merzouga - Sahara Desert

The day’s excursion begins with a drive through the middle Atlas Mountains. Enjoy the scenic view as you pass through Ifran, which is Africa's Switzerland; Azrou, a place blanketed with cedar forest; the Ziz Gorges; and the Ziz Valley, which has the largest oasis palm tree valley in the south with a canyon. Then, take a trip to Erfoud before arriving in Merzouga and spending the night in the Kasbah hotel.

Day 06: Merzouga

After breakfast, explore Merzouga sand dunes today! Your adventure unfolds with visits to the mesmerizing black desert, the Mfis mines, the serene Serji Lac, and the culturally rich Khamlia town, renowned for its vibrant Gnawa music. In the afternoon, indulge in a memorable camel ride, immersing yourself in the breathtaking panorama of a Moroccan sunset. See yourself in the romantic ambiance of this unforgettable experience.

As evening falls, the journey continues to the Sahara Desert Luxury Camp, where you will spend the remainder of the night surrounded by the magical beauty of the desert.

Day 07: Merzouga - Dades Gorges

The day begins early, as you set out for a drive to Risani. Upon arrival, visit the historical richness of the Moulay Ali Cherif Mausoleum, the captivating Oueld el Halim Ksar, and the bustling grand market of the south. Then head to Tinerhir, where the breathtaking valley and the majestic Todra Gorge await you.

As you conclude the day’s adventure, settle in for the night amidst the captivating landscapes of the Dades Gorges. Enjoy a comfortable stay at a hotel or riad to end our day of exploration.

Day 08: Dades Gorges - Ouarzazate

Begin the day with a drive en route to Ouarzazate, weaving through the beautiful landscapes of the 100 Kasbah and the blooming rose cultivation center of Kelaa M’Gouna Valley. Then the journey continues in Skoura, where the 17th-century Amridile Kasbah awaits, a fortress with a rich history and commanding presence.

Upon reaching Ouarzazate, delve into the cultural sights of the Kasbah of Taourirt, a magnificent fortress adorned with intricate geometrical patterns. Then, check in at the Kasbah or hotel and enjoy an evening of authentic Moroccan experiences. Relish a flavorful Moroccan dinner in the charming village of Ait Benhaddou Tamdakht, rounding off a day filled with history, culture, and picturesque landscapes.

Day 09: Ouarzazate - Marrakech

Take in the picturesque view of the Atlas Mountains on your way to Marrakech. Along the way, make a stop at Atlas Studios, the world's largest film studio, which lies in the nearby desert and mountains. Then have a quick stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Following that, visit Ounila Valley, Telouet Kasbah, and Tizi n'Tichka Pass, and marvel at the beauty of the high Atlas Mountains. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and have a hearty dinner. The rest of the night is yours to enjoy.

After breakfast, enjoy a morning panoramic city tour of Morocco for the last time before heading to the airport for your flight back home.

Should the minimum requirement for the Access Journey not be met, our upcoming trip will proceed with the current number of participants. Access Travel will do its best to upgrade travelers to a private tour. However, rates for the private tour are not guaranteed to be the same as the original trip rates.

  • The meeting point of the group is in Manila. For travelers joining from outside the Philippines, the rate is less than $700.
